NYWIFT member Mark Gasper encourages fellow members to attend his free Ninja Balance / Supple Strength class at the Hudson Guild John Lovejoy Elliott Community Center (441 W. 26th St.) every Monday night at 6:30 PM. It is presented as part of Shape Up NYC, sponsored by the City of New York Department of Parks and Recreation and it a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class. The class is open to everyone and to all fitness levels. Mark provides modifications for all exercises, so everyone can participate fully.
