Zipcar and NYWIFT have joined forces to provide you access to Zipcars at a discounted rate!
Zipcar is a national car sharing program with more than 5,000 vehicles that is designed to enhance personal and business travel while decreasing greenhouse gas emissions and costs and hassles associated with rental cars and privately owned vehicles.

Discounted Membership & Driving Rates:
- Hourly Rate Monday - Friday:  $9.50/hour for most Zipcars   (regularly $11-$17)
($8/hour Zipcars available at selected locations)

- 7-7 Rate Monday - Friday:  $64 for most Zipcars   (not available to public)

- Daily Rate Monday - Friday:  $74 for most Zipcars   (regularly from $82)

- Overnight Rate $39 (6pm-8:30am)
  *on all Zipcars except for BMW, Mini Convertible, and Hourly-only vehicles (only $7/hr).

There is no Application Fee for NYWIFT Members   (regularly $25 per member)

There is an Annual Membership Fee of $25   (regularly $50 per member)

Includes: the cost of Gas, a dedicated parking spot, Insurance & 160 miles.

How it Works:
Simply reserve the vehicle online, walk to the vehicle location, swipe their Zipcard over the card reader and drive away. The reservation includes the cost of gas, parking, insurance and mileage. You will always get the vehicle you reserved with no extra charges, up sells or rental car lines.
