The initiative of the internship program is to expose the intern to all of the inner workings of the company, by assigning department-specific projects and giving them time to shadow individuals from each department, while also seeing to the needs of the front office team. Typically, the intern will begin their day at 10 a.m., report to the front office staff, and end their day at 6 p.m. Front-office tasks can include: setting up and cleaning up after company lunches, assisting the theatrical and publicity teams with marketing materials and event support, sorting and delivering packages, helping keep the product closet organized and well stocked, and assisting with outgoing shipments.
