Assistant House Manager
The Joyce Theater
As an integral part of the Joyce’s Front of House (FOH) team, the Assistant House Manager will work with the House Manager on all aspects of front of house operations before, during and after a performance. It is the responsibility of the House Manager and Assistant House Manager to ensure smooth and excellent patron experience while onsite for performances, and to be the onsite team authority in the event of an emergency. This position oversees the Joyce’s FOH volunteers and provides special assistance to patrons with disabilities during performances as well as supervision of ushers, bartenders, concessionaires, door guards, and lobby attendants.
