Assistant, Domestic TV & Digital Distribution

Summary of Position

Lionsgate is currently seeking an Assistant, Domestic TV & Digital Distribution to support the President, Domestic Television and Digital Distribution in the TV Distribution department. This role will provide administrative and operational support to the President and the Domestic Distribution team, assisting with scheduling, coordination, and departmental initiatives in support of Lionsgate’s domestic television and digital sales efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar for the President, including scheduling meetings and conference calls. Closely monitor the calendar to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure efficient time management. Gather and organize meeting materials and agendas in advance.
  • Handle general administrative duties including answering phones, coordinating travel arrangements, submitting expense reports, and managing correspondence.
  • Distribute screeners and related materials to clients and internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Attend internal meetings, take detailed notes, and compile action items for the team.
  • Coordinate special events and meetings, including creating and managing invitation lists, tracking RSVPs, and handling logistics such as catering and materials.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the Domestic Television and Digital Distribution team, including assisting with Excel and data-related projects, reports, and tracking initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related discipline preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Curious and self-motivated with ability to work independently in fast paced environment
  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize to meet deadlines

Nice to Haves

  • Interest in television distribution, media sales, or the entertainment industry
  • Experience working in an administrative role
  • Familiarity with basic data tracking, reporting, or sales coordination tools

$45,000 - $50,000
