Member Inquiry Resolution Document Control:
- Process incoming postal mail, emails, and faxes while ensuring that paperwork is filed and logged appropriately
- Manage requests and returns for documentation stored offsite
- Action and log payment transactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Leverage best practices to review documentation and facilitate the handover to the appropriate staff member
Member Inquiry Resolution Support:
- Coordinate the appropriate follow-up regarding any outstanding paperwork that is required for inquiry resolution
- Manage both internal and external communication seamlessly via email, phone, and ASCAP’s proprietary online account management system
- Work on project-based tasks including, but not limited to, researching contact information and tracking or reporting on resolution inquiries
- Process member performance claims, as needed
- Other responsibilities and tasks may be assigned or changed based on business and department needs, as required.
