    INVENTORY ANALYST

    The ideal candidate for our Inventory Analyst at Tennis Channel is a highly proactive individual who is willing to take initiative, can work both independently with minimal supervision and collaborate as part of a team seamlessly and has exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills. Strong functional knowledge of media ad sales planning and traffic and is required. This individual will work in our NY City office. Daily Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: Work with the inventory and sales teams to help maximize the use of Commercial Inventory Identify premium program opportunities and create packages to monetize high rated inventory Generate and distribute inventory reports Review daily reports to follow daily/weekly trends of pacing vs budget Work with Planners to track delivery of all deals. Work with Planners and Sales Assistants on ADU packages. Deal Maintenance: work closely with Sales and Commercial Ops to manage all schedules. Handle Ad schedule changes, both internal and external, including follow-up with agencies. Manage inventory demand, monitor reports to ensure all contracted dollars are booked and all un-schedulable units are placed. Partner with Commercial Operations and Ad Sales to identify and implement improvements to business process.
