Responsibilities

• Assist senior agents in booking shows, tours, and festival placements for Prysm artists.
• Develop relationships with promoters, venues, and festival buyers across North America and internationally.
• Identify and pitch new artists that align with Prysm’s brand and roster.
• Negotiate and finalize show offers, contracts, and deal terms.
• Maintain accurate records of offers, invoices, and show confirmations.
• Support artists with tour routing, marketing coordination, and post-show follow-ups.
• Represent Prysm professionally at shows, events, and industry functions.

Qualifications

• Strong passion for music, live events, and artist representation (EDM experience preferred).
• Exceptional communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple artists or tasks.
• Familiarity with platforms like Gigwell, Pollstar, Bandsintown, or similar tools is a plus.
• Prior experience in artist management, promoting, or booking is helpful but not required.
• Must be comfortable working on a commission-only basis — income is performance-driven.
