Our program will include a welcome orientation, career planning sessions, projects, and other events throughout the time you’re with us. Position Overview Stockade Works is seeking an organized, punctual, and engaging Classroom Facilitator to support the delivery of the Stockade Works Access Youth (SWAY) program in schools throughout the Hudson Valley. Serving as the primary conduit between the classroom and Stockade Works, this role facilitates and teaches select SWAY curriculum modules while supporting guest instructors and industry professionals delivering specialized content. The Classroom Facilitator serves as the consistent classroom presence throughout the program, helping to foster a positive, productive learning environment, support student engagement and skill development, and reinforce connections between classroom activities and real-world career pathways. This is a highly interactive, in-class position focused on facilitating an established curriculum. Experience in film, television, media production, education, or youth mentorship is preferred, as is a passion for working with teens. The schedule will generally align with school-day programming, with occasional evening or weekend events, field trips, screenings, and special activities. The schedule varies week to week. This role leads the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to increase visibility, deepen audience engagement, grow earned revenue, and amplify the impact of the organization, programs, and films. The position works closely with team members to bridge film-specific campaigns with broader organizational marketing – including brand management, website oversight, and content strategy – and understands how to move someone from a lead to a client or customer.
