What You Will Do:

  • Maintain cleanliness of general offices, workspaces, conference rooms and kitchens
  • High volume set up and break down of office and conference room meetings
  • Weekly deep cleaning of fixtures and replace any supplies as needed
  • Maintain all equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
  • Ensure all pantries are stocked
  • Respond to calls for housekeeping problems such as spills or broken items
  • Create and implement detailed cleaning protocols for conference rooms and pantries
  • Maintain inventory of food and supplies on weekly basis
  • Available for occasional OT work in support of office events

What You Will Need

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience providing high level customer service
  • Proven ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
  • Working quickly without compromising quality
  • Prioritization and time management skills
  • Excellent customer service and follow-up skills
  • Must be willing to communicate with employees at all levels
  • Positive upbeat attitude
  • Must have a team mentality and be willing to go the extra mile
  • High school degree
  • Must be able to move and lift items up to 25 lbs.
  • Basic understanding and use of computer applications required, including but not limited to MS Outlook and Calendar
