What You Will Do:
- Maintain cleanliness of general offices, workspaces, conference rooms and kitchens
- High volume set up and break down of office and conference room meetings
- Weekly deep cleaning of fixtures and replace any supplies as needed
- Maintain all equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
- Ensure all pantries are stocked
- Respond to calls for housekeeping problems such as spills or broken items
- Create and implement detailed cleaning protocols for conference rooms and pantries
- Maintain inventory of food and supplies on weekly basis
- Available for occasional OT work in support of office events
What You Will Need
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience providing high level customer service
- Proven ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Working quickly without compromising quality
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Excellent customer service and follow-up skills
- Must be willing to communicate with employees at all levels
- Positive upbeat attitude
- Must have a team mentality and be willing to go the extra mile
- High school degree
- Must be able to move and lift items up to 25 lbs.
- Basic understanding and use of computer applications required, including but not limited to MS Outlook and Calendar
