1st Assistant Accountant

Single-Cam Half-Hour Series (Los Angeles / Remote)

 New assistant will be on for the final 4 weeks of shoot plus wrap (5-6 weeks). Must be proficient with PSL, Cashet, ESN for POs, ACH/Wires, bank recs, etc. We also have a 2nd and clerk to help with duties, but the 1st must be comfortable processing all p-card envelopes. 2nd mainly assists with POs and AP when needed. Position is remote, but based in Los Angeles so must work on west coast hours. Must be proficient with digital workflow – docusign, adobe, etc. And lastly, must have good attitude, maintain composure during the sometimes hectic conditions that come with production, and be respectful.
