Sr Frontend Engineer, Creator Services - Remote

You have a background in web development and are experienced with Javascript application architectures and frameworks such as React. You have a keen interest in creating polished user interfaces by working closely with designers and producing high quality code with an emphasis on automated testing. You are interested in solving problems that you can connect to business value, and are excited by the opportunity to work with cutting-edge browser capabilities and new technologies such as XState, Next.js, and TailwindCSS. Also, experience with CI/CD is a plus. That said, we care more about your web development skill in general (and understanding where you yourself shine specifically) than checking boxes for specific technologies.

More broadly, you are a smart, engaging person who cares about solving business problems across multiple code bases and can help our team keep a robust but sustainable pace. You have the maturity and skill that comes with practical, hands-on technical experience, you understand the importance of balancing technical debt with delivery, and you have the confidence to express your opinions but the humility to learn from your experience. You have pair-programmed or have some interest in trying it. A formal computer science degree is not necessary: we're interested in your skills and attitude, not your degree.
