Position to start immediately, possibly running till Jan 2020.

This is a dual role. Must have extensive experience as a 1st Assist Accountant with episodic experience and thorough knowledge of union payroll IATSE, SAG, DGA, WGA, Showbiz, and Smart Accounting (preferably).

– Payroll Accountant must have a true understanding of New York Union Payroll and all of the nuances that come along with it. Must be willing and able to fully process payroll solo from disseminating Union Contracts, auditing start paperwork, to diligently auditing edits and recoding/posting payroll within the week.

Looking for a candidate who is flexible, highly-detailed and a self-starter with a positive attitude. Experience in a high-pressure & fast-paced environment and able to hit the ground running is ideal. Strong attention to detail, process-oriented, multi-tasker, who is able to communicate effectively, is essential.
