Position Overview:

  • The company owns and maintains over 100 years of audio, video, photos and documents for the world’s most recognized and celebrated recording artists.
  • The Archive and Studio Departments house, digitize and modernize these assets for the purpose of preservation and monetization.
  • The Administrative Assistant will support the GM of the Archives and Studio in the day-to-day requests pertaining to this content as well as help managing and maintaining the locations where these assets are stored. 
  • All of what we do is utilized in new releases of recordings, documentaries, biopics and various other products that are enjoyed by millions of music fans around the world.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory and purchase office supplies.
  • Prepare and submit budgets, process studio session work orders and prepare invoices.
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Schedule meetings, manage notes and work with GM to follow up on next steps.
  • Provide administrative support on a wide array of projects, including tracking project timelines, setting up follow-up meetings, and tracking project next steps.
  • Traffic assets between locations.

 

Who You Are:

  • Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Flexible schedule as locations and start and end times may vary.
  • Ability to identify issues and make suggestions to improve processes.
  • Ability to lift and move items 35-40 LBS when needed.
