By Tina & Nicole Zaremba

KENNEDY KIDS recognizes the accomplishments of Peace Corps volunteers who were inspired to join just after John F. Kennedy's assassination. The film is a testament to their work and reveals the challenges each volunteer faced, from communication barriers, malaria, and labor in sweltering temperatures, to deeper challenges that still impact the volunteers today. These Peace Corps volunteers were forced to confront self-imposed fears and limitations, they embarked on a journey not just across borders, but within themselves.
