Ms. Speller produced the Equity Staged Reading of ...Another Man's Poison (2008), and currently has three plays and one full musical in development. In addition to theatrical producing, her company develops customized Business Plans and Presentation Packages for producers and theatre productions.

As president of Orielle Creative Company, she now combines her wealth of knowledge from both the creative and business arenas, to help empower artists and creative professionals to assist them with integrating the business of their artistic discipline into their creative life, to reach their full professional potential.
As a professional actor and member of Screen Actors Guild (SAG), the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (AFTRA), and Actors' Equity Association (AEA), she has worked on stage, in film, television, commercials, on daytime soaps, and voiceover artist. She worked as a model in commercial print and plus fashion for over fifteen years. Also a private acting coach, she has worked with diverse clientele over ten years and assisted actors with: crafting a monologue, audition preparation, marketing for actors, and "the business of the business". She honed directing skills in theatre and short film, and now concentrates her efforts as a theatrical producer. As an independent casting director, she cast her directing debut film project and continues her role as Independent Casting Director for theatre projects she is developing as a Producer.
Ms. Speller is a graduate of the Commercial Theatre Institute, University of Maryland College Park: Dance & Theater, Metropolitan College of New York: Media Management MBA, attended New York University: Arts Management. Member of the TRU Producer Mentorship Program, past Board Member New York Coalition of Professional Women in the Arts and Media VP Communications, New York Women in Film and Television Gold Member, and Advisory Board Member of Yellow Paint.
An informative and dynamic public speaker, Ms. Speller frequently presents on a range of arts and entertainment industry topics: Business for Creative Professionals at the School of Visual Arts; Guest expert 'So You Want to Be a Creative Professional' presented by Everything is Yellow; and Guest panelist at the TRU Producer's Bootcamp: Raising Money for Theatre: How, Who, and When to Ask — Putting It In Writing, Theatrical Business Plans.
