This is the preservation lab that inspects your film elements and provides a cost estimate and with whom you will eventually be preserving the film. The lab MUST follow best practices and preservation standards. Please refer to our guidelines for more info.

Please upload a letter from an established film archive or similar organization stating its ability and willingness to store the preserved material on deposit. The letter should also explain what access the archive provides for study and research by outside professionals as well as ability and plans to make the film available for presentation. Files must be less than 10 MB each (Accepted file format is PDF. One document only)
It will greatly assist the Selection Committee if you have either a link to an online screener of the film or a DVD/VHS copy.
