Synopsis:
Do you hate bullying? Yeah, we do too. Do you care about today’s kids and tomorrow’s leaders? We know you do! Missy’s Voice, an Award–Winning Bullying Script will be produced as a feature–length film. It will make a statement, “be kind.” Missy is a young singer who is bullied through grammar and high school. She grows up to be a successful singer and the bullies do regret their behavior. There are family tragedies and triumphs in this story and you can help bring it to life.
Missy’s Voice is about a young singer who is tormented daily by bullies. Missy eventually learns that everyone is likable and valuable and grows up to be a confident woman and famous musician. The bullies learn that bad behavior is not rewarded and they regret their behavior. As adults, Missy and the bullies learn the truth about their family connections and they reconnect.
This story teaches many lessons. The lead, Missy, grows up to be a confident woman, and the bullies end up regretting their behavior. The families are all financially and socially connected, but Missy and the bullies are not aware of the ties between their parents until they are grown up. Missy’s Voice would be suitable for children and families.
Anyone can write a bullying story, but not anyone can tie the families together like this. The family ties and relationships make this a unique story that will appeal to a wide audience. It makes a statement and that statement is to be kind and pay it forward.

Missy’s Voice will be filming in NJ with NJ crew and cast. There is already a strong team attached to this project including producers, a director, some crew, an attorney, a CPA, and a couple of actors. You too can be involved in helping change this world. She is a long-time member of NY Women in Film & TV. Karen has been an actor since 2012 with roles on film, TV, commercials, and industrial films. Since 2018, Karen has been working on the crew side of the camera as a Script Supervisor, Producer, and Writer, Karen has written two film scripts. Escape Artists has been produced and viewed at film festivals throughout the USA with many awards. Karen Goeller’s drama script, Missy’s Voice has also won many festival awards. Besides working in the film industry, Karen is the author of 20 published books. She has a BA Degree and completed one year of law school.
