Professional Credits

I have been a professional artist for 40+ years. I have artistic directed of Khoros Inc., a producing arts organization I founded in 1980, creating and producing work in dance, video, multimedia performance art, theater, visual art and installation. I also documented, edited and produced much of this work for DVD. The depth and breadth of this extensive work and my published writing is documented at my website barbaraneri.com

Industry Awards

Most recently: 2021 Academy Nicholl Quarterfinalist, CineStory quarterfinalist, From the Hear Productions, Roy W. Dean grant finalist. My work with Khoros has been funded by the Michigan Arts and Culture Council and via them the NEA. I have been the recipient of two prestigious MACC Creative Artist grants.
