Full Bio
Shortly after graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Communication from Ohio University, Rachel Rowan moved to Los Angeles to start her career in theatrical marketing. But an East Coaster at heart, she quickly learned she wasn't built for the laid back West Coast lifestyle. Preferring the faster pace of the East Coast, she relocated to Washington, D.C. to restart her career, this time in unscripted television production as an unpaid intern at National Geographic Television. Working her way up through the ranks over the last 11 years, Rachel is feel lucky to have been afforded the opportunity to work in every stage of production across an incredibly diverse set of genres: from natural history, to true crime, to lifestyle programming... and so much more. Her experience encircles the globe, having planned and executed shoots on every continent except Antarctica. In 2017 Rachel joined Earth Touch USA, where she discovered a new passion: television development. As Earth Touch USA's internal development producer
