As the Head of Development at Bright-Eyed Media, Jamie Kohen works closely with agents, talent, production studios and network executives to ideate, cast and produce original nonfiction TV series. Her aim is to develop eye-opening series rooted in the powerful impact of the arts on people.
Jamie has run large teams on 200 TV episodes _x0014_ documentary, unscripted, competitions _x0014_ working in development, on pilots and on some of the longest-running, Emmy Award-winning series on TV. She is the Lead Casting Director of the Netflix series Dating Around (seasons 1 & 2), which won a Critics_x0019_ Choice Award in 2019 of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire on ABC starring Host Jimmy Kimmel and of The Misery Index on TBS, starring Host Jameela Jamil and The Tenderloins (Impractical Jokers on TruTV).
