Full Bio
As an artist based in New York, I am alumni of University of the Arts London, Central Saint Martins and Chelsea College of Art (B.A.) and New York University, Gallatin School of Individualised Study (M.A.). I have been twice Extraordinary Artist awarded, to live and work in New York.

Most recently I have written, Chiara , a new musical, with accompaniment from Jonathan Hart (Obie Award) on piano, which will present as an evening s performance at The Public Theater, NY, Spring of 19. This work was filmed as a documentary, which I helped to edit and creatively direct, with director Sam Falconi (Beyoncé's videographer).

This project has a stellar team including the producer and Sound Engineer from The New York Times, In Performance series, who worked with Jennifer Hudson's recording for 'The Color Purple'. Again, I made a film of the recording at Braund Studios, with JCB Haus Production Company.

I have also played the lead actress in several films by female director Alice Evans. Miss Evans just won 'Best Director' at Bristol film festival, in the UK. I played the lead in three of her short films, including 'Call of the Klondike', which screened to 38,000 visitors at the Darwin Gallery, the Royal College of Art and at The Whitechapel Gallery, which receives just under half a million visitors a year.

I published an artist s book of stories at age twenty-six, which went on sale globally with Barnes and Noble and Amazon Global. An artist s edition of the book, including soundtrack and a film I created, was placed at the Serpentine Gallery and the Whitechapel Gallery, London. I have also created written and visual content for: Art Review, New York Times T Magazine and The Telegraph, among others. I have worked as Editorial Assistant for Art and the Public Sphere journal, the contributors for which are arts and humanities professors across the globe.

I have been invited to work with internationally acclaimed artists such as sound composer, Bill Fontana, who trained first-hand with John Cage and artist, Pedro Reyes (National Medal of the Arts). I assisted Mr. Reyes by directing a play that presented at The Boston Museum of Fine Arts. As well as collaborating with him and members of the United Nations, New York, for the re-launch of the Queens Museum, NY, an event covered by The Weekend Arts, The New York Times.

I have also been teaching for the last fifteen years. I have taught workshops at Chelsea College of Art, the Royal College of Art and the Boston Museum of Fine Arts. And I have taught in London, Austria, Italy, China, Abu Dhabi and New York. I am also a Visiting Artist at Tisch School of the Arts, New York University, in the Shakespeare class for undergraduates. I have created: Masters syllabi in Art and Political Theory, a History of Art and Architecture syllabi for sixteen to eighteen year olds, as well as an original M.A. program in Theater at New York University.
