-- Produce and oversee production on scripted content produced in house from pre-production through post production and delivery. Projects include work for TNT, FX, TBS Digital, Planned Parenthood, Kate Spade, Dove Chocolate. Filmmakers include: Chloe Sevigny, Gillian Jacobs, Yara Shahidi, Ivy Agregan, Allana Harkin, Pamela Romanowsky.
-- Have overseen production on 28 Short Films as part of the Shatterbox Shorts Program which supports women directors.
-- Work closely with partners TNT and Level Forward to oversee production and delivery of Shatterbox Seasons 2 (8 Films) and Season 3 (6 Films).
-- Create and manage budgets for projects both in development and production. Acted as Line Producer on projects for Shatterbox, TNT, TBS Digital, Planned Parenthood, Kate Spade, Dove Chocolate.
-- Work closely with filmmaking teams on film festival strategy and all on the ground festival needs. Festivals include Cannes, Sundance, SXSW, TIFF, Nantucket Film Festival and more.
-- Active member of the development team: Read and consult on potential new projects; meet with new filmmakers to discuss upcoming projects and potential partnerships.
-- Worked closely with in house counsel and production management to create a fully functioning production services entity under the Refinery29 umbrella to enable the company to produce high-budget content in house. This has allowed us to bring shows to market as both a partner and production company.

-- Created and oversaw the submission and selection process for SHATTERBOX a film fund for female directors.
-- Set up a production support system for 12 filmmaking teams and oversaw all SAG & DGA communication and needs.
-- Coordinated all publicity, marketing, and distribution needs with internal R29 teams and twelve filmmakers.
-- Produced Gabourey Sidibe s directorial debut The Tale of Four.
