Liz Spaulding is a seasoned marketing & communications executive with over 15 years in the media & entertainment industry. Liz is currently Director, Distribution at STARZ (a Lionsgate Company) a leading global media and entertainment company that provides premium subscription video programming on domestic U.S. pay television networks and produces and distributes content to worldwide audiences. At STARZ she works with domestic video providers to package, promote and offer STARZ to their customers, in an effort to drive revenue and increase subscribers year over year. Liz also serves as Representative for the board of Parents Employee Resource Group, which sits within the DEI function across all of Lionsgate. In this role she provides feedback to the organization on how to make Lionsgate a more inclusive workplace for parents, caregivers and allies, as well as increase the engagement of the employees who identify as parents and caregivers across the company.
