Kelly Fancher has remained dedicated to filmmaking, visual communication, and content creation for over two decades. Kelly has worn a handful of professional hats in the entertainment industry and has experience working in development for the non-profit sector. Kelly graduated from The New School University, with a Bachelor's in Film & Media Studies. She also attended Point Park University s Conservatory of the Performing Arts where she majored in Dance and minored in Theater. During her tenure in NYC, Kelly performed in many projects as well as wrote and directed her own films. She also studied poetry with Larry Fagin of the New York School. After completing her degree she moved to Los Angeles where she worked in casting, production, and post-production. Kelly joined Visit Binghamton in August and is overseeing the development and management of the Binghamton Film Office.
