Lisa R. Aljian is a seasoned business attorney in New Jersey and New York with a unique and varied practice covering all areas of business, entertainment, intellectual property, and employment. She evaluates, structures, negotiates and documents business transactions of all shapes and sizes, and serves as outside general counsel for long time clients. She works with private, closely held and family businesses at every stage from startup, through operations, and including succession or sale.



Lisa has been a member of New York Women in Film and Television since 1990, a Certified Spinning Instructor since 2011, and is the Creator and Host of the American Grownup podcast series (2009). She is involved in development of television and film properties with select clients and colleagues.
