What You’ll Do

  • Own Instagram and TikTok creator partnerships end-to-end, from outreach and negotiation through launch, iteration, and scale
  • Identify, source, and build relationships with creators across sports, culture, finance, entertainment, and internet-native verticals
  • Pitch Kalshi to creators in a way that feels authentic, compelling, and aligned with their voice and audience
  • Negotiate partnership terms including deliverables, timelines, usage rights, and compensation
  • Launch and manage creator-led campaigns in close coordination with marketing, growth, and creative teams
  • Ensure creator content aligns with brand voice while still feeling native to each platform
  • Track performance and qualitative impact, including reach, engagement, installs, and cultural resonance
  • Use performance insights and cultural learnings to iterate on creator strategy and inform future partnerships
  • Build repeatable processes and playbooks for sourcing, onboarding, and scaling creator relationships
  • Stay deeply plugged into platform trends, emerging creators, and evolving formats

What You Bring: 

  • 2–5 years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or social growth
  • Deep familiarity with Instagram and TikTok creators, formats, and platform dynamics
  • Proven ability to source and close creator partnerships through direct outreach and relationship-building
  • Strong creative instincts and cultural taste — you know what will (and won’t) resonate online
  • Comfort negotiating deals and managing multiple creator relationships at once
  • Bias toward action, speed, and ownership with minimal process
  • Clear communicator who can represent the brand confidently to external partners

Bonus:

  • Experience working with sports, finance, or internet-native communities
  • Background in high-growth startups or consumer products
  • Existing network of creators or agencies
