Project Coordinator

Essential Functions:

● Assist Production team with development and creation of audio, video and text

content. This can include both on-set production and office/remote pre-production.

Such tasks could be inclusive of (but not limited to) on-site production set up,

research, talent hospitality, and wardrobe coordination.

● Assist Publishing Manager with weekly publishing of new content for the EQX+ app

● Work with group Project Manager on tracking content timelines

● Hybrid role based in NYC

Desired Qualifications/Characteristics:

● 1+ years experience working at an agency, media, or production company within the

video/audio content space

● High level of accuracy, attention to detail and organizational skills

● Strong written and communication skills

● Basic understanding of Airtable or comparable project management solutions

● Experience working with a CMS (Contentful is preferred but not required)

● Good collaborator and team player, autonomous, and can take feedback

● Interest in fitness and wellness content

● Flexible team player mindset who is able to roll with the punches and learn on the fly
