Exciting news about the NYWIFT Muse Awards!

Happy Holidays, NYWIFT Community! We hope you are enjoying the start of the holiday season, and with that, wanted to give you an exciting update on our next Muse Awards…

We are thrilled to announce that Muse will return in-person for the first time in two years! We are taking this opportunity to make a change and shift this next Muse to March 2023 in celebration of Women’s History Month.

Both the increase in Covid numbers and the decrease in attendance at our peer organizations’ major events has helped us to make this decision. We’ve had a strong fundraising response to Muse, but we want to ensure a strong community attendance for the event as well.

We know Muse has been an integral part of the NYWIFT community’s holiday tradition and we are excited to welcome you all back to celebrate together as a NYWIFT family in a way that makes the most sense for everyone’s comfort and safety.

We’ll make an announcement in the coming weeks with the specific March date and location. Muse will definitely be in the later part of March, so that we will be clear of the Oscars, the UN Women’s Conference, and other major industry and cultural events.

If you are a member interested in volunteering for Muse 2023, we encourage you to sign up for our Special Events committee – log into your NYWIFT profile here and check off “Special Events” under the committees tab.

And if you’re not a member yet, please consider joining us today during our Fall community building membership campaign so that you can access discounted member pricing on Muse tickets when they become available.

Thank you as always for your support. We can’t wait to see you at the next Muse Awards…in person!

Sincerely,
