New York Women in Film & Television is delighted to share that 15 of our members contributed to films nominated in a variety of categories for the 98th Academy Awards!

The ceremony will air live on Sunday, March 15, 2026 at 7pm ET / 4pm PT on ABC.

Viewers can also watch the awards live on ABC through streaming services like DirecTV Stream, Fubo, Hulu, or Sling.

An observational short about a vigil that began in March 2025 with a handful of protestors standing silently in a public square in Tel Aviv, each holding a photo of a child killed in Gaza. Confronted by the images, some passersby avert their eyes. Others react with denial, sorrow, or rage. Week after week, new photos are added. More people join the protest.

As these senseless incidents claim more young lives than any other cause in America, these quiet bedrooms reveal truths more powerful than statistics ever could.
