Steve Fraser is a producer and entertainment lawyer in the film and television industries with international financing, co-production, distribution and business affairs experience with international production and distribution companies.

Steve founded FRASER - Entertainment Law in Toronto in January 2003 after a decade of working in law firms and entertainment-related organizations in Canada and the United States. In his years in practice representing producers and distributors, Steve has worked with a wide range of broadcasters, telecasters and streaming outlets. Steve is based in Manhattan and is pleased to have a second base in Toronto again since the summer of 2019.

Steve founded KNIGHTOWER MEDIA INC. in 2016 to pursue production and consulting.
