Jean Lane is a freelance Post Production Supervisor specializing in independent feature films, the majority of which are NY based. She has had the pleasure of working with the producers of The Wolfpack, Infinitely Polar Bear, Cold in July and The Way Back.
Previously, Jean was founding Executive Producer at NY post facility Light Iron and Executive Producer at Goldcrest Post where she oversaw post-production for Restrepo (Oscar nominee and Sundance Grand Jury Prize 2010) and multiple Ken Burns documentaries including The Central Park Five and Prohibition.
Jean's long and varied career in the TV/Film industry includes roles post producing for various high profile editorial companies in New York, production managing of commercials and music videos, representing actors at two L.A. talent agencies and working with award winning casting directors in Los Angeles.
A filmmaker herself, Jean has produced and directed three short films that earned awards and were featured in the San Francisco and New York As
