The Ad Council is seeking an intellectually curious individual to join our newly redesigned Analytics department. The Campaign Analyst will have the unique opportunity to examine performance from a multi-media lens and strategize with organizational teams to fulfill each campaign’s ultimate goal – to make a lasting impact on American lives. This position will work on behalf of clients to provide strategic recommendations and deliver actionable insights to optimize and improve campaign performance. By applying knowledge of marketing, data management and analytics, the Campaign Analyst will look to solve our clients’ business problems, while working collaboratively with the Ad Council’s Media, Strategy, Campaign Management and Digital teams. The Client Solutions Executive works on an account team dedicated to managing the day-to-day relationship with one of Nielsen’s largest media clients crossing Television and Digital. In this role, the incumbent is primarily responsible for fostering a strong relationship with the client by responding to day-to-day questions, providing support with respect to their use of Nielsen data, and developing the ability to sell products and solutions that address key client issues/needs. The scope of the client service function ranges from in-bound calls and addressing ratings and advertising data inquiries, understanding consumer viewership behaviors across screens, and maintaining knowledge of Nielsen’s Local, National and Digital product methods of measurement and product roadmap.
