Senior Colorist Yoomin Lee is based in New York and brings over 18 years of experience across commercials, music videos, episodic series, concert campaigns, documentaries, and feature films. Named one of Televisual’s Top 10 Colourists, she is recognized for combining artistic vision with technical precision, contributing to major national and international campaigns for brands such as Louis Vuitton, Swarovski, L’Occitane, Rolex, Google, WhatsApp, Volkswagen, Land Rover, Audi, and others. Her recent long-form work includes Disney’s Young Woman and the Sea — the extraordinary true story of Trudy Ederle, the first woman to successfully swim the English Channel — where she served as additional colorist alongside frequent collaborator Senior Colorist Stefan Sonnenfeld, and the heart-wrenching romantic drama All of You, co-written by Goldstein and Emmy Award winner William Bridges (Black Mirror). She also collaborated with photographer, creative director, and filmmaker Anton Corbijn on his documentary feature Squaring the Circle: The Story of Hipgnosis.
Originally from South Korea, Lee earned her Master’s degree from the University of Technology, Sydney, where she began honing her craft in color grading. Her early work in Australia led to international recognition and a role with British post house Jogger Studios in 2016. She later joined MPC London in 2019, where she further expanded her client base and portfolio through acclaimed brand campaigns. In 2021, Lee joined Company 3’s world-renowned roster of artists and has since relocated from London to New York, continuing to bring her distinctive sensibility and global perspective to every project she takes on.

Senior Long Form Producer Kate Albers brings a wealth of post-production experience and strong organizational skills to her role at Company 3 New York. With a background spanning both sound and picture finishing, she has become an invaluable bridge between filmmakers, studios, and Company 3’s artists, ensuring that every project’s creative vision is carried through to completion. Prior to Company 3, Albers held senior production roles in post-production and audio, leading teams on a wide range of feature films, documentaries, and episodic series. Her leadership and experience across both sound and picture workflows have made her a trusted partner for filmmakers and studios alike. A graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Albers previously volunteered for over a decade with Hudson County CASA, serving as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children in the foster care system.

Color Assistant Marlange Piard is a talented post-production professional with a deep passion for color. While her background is rooted in cinematography, she has focused her career on post-production, drawn to projects that are grounded in reality and tell meaningful stories. Her work spans features and short films, including A Quiet Place: Day One (2024), Black Phone 2 (2025), and Eddington (2025).
Marlange earned her Master of Fine Arts in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from Florida State University in 2020, following a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from Capital University. During her graduate studies, she served as a Teaching Assistant for Production Fundamentals at Florida State, supporting the next generation of filmmakers. She joined Company 3 in 2022 as a Color Assistant in New York, where she collaborates closely with senior colorists and post-production teams to support the digital intermediate process, helping ensure the creative vision of each project is realized with precision and artistry.

Julia Ward brings a wealth of post-production experience and technical expertise to her role as Operations Lead at Company 3 New York, serving as an invaluable bridge between creative teams, studios, and operations. She ensures high-profile color, DCP, and VFX review sessions run seamlessly for major studios, including HBO, Disney, Marvel, Warner Bros., Netflix, and Paramount, while maintaining precise workflows across both onsite and remote environments. Ward began her career after earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film from the School of Visual Arts, where she focused on editing and post-production. She gained early experience at Sixteen19, Jigsaw Productions, Light Iron, and Goldcrest Post, contributing to projects including the documentary Laurel Canyon and the feature film Nine Days. She also honed her editorial skills at Hornet, editing animatics for commercials such as Pampers. These formative experiences taught her the importance of precision, collaboration, and adaptability, skills that continue to define her work today.
Since joining Company 3 in 2021, Ward quickly rose through the ranks, starting as a Finishing Coordinator and advancing to Associate Producer before moving into Operations. She has contributed to major studio features such as Barbie, Killers of the Flower Moon, and The Whale, as well as high-profile series including The Staircase, The Crowded Room, and Season 1 of Severance. In her current role, she coordinates complex technical setups, session logistics, and interdepartmental workflows, ensuring creative teams can focus on storytelling while every technical detail is managed seamlessly.
Outside of work, Ward volunteers with the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, supporting families affected by 9/11-related illnesses—a cause deeply personal to her, as her father survived the attacks but later battled a related illness. She participates annually in the Tower Climb and 5K events to raise funds, honoring those affected while giving back to the community.

Senior Colorist Kath Raisch has built an impressive body of work across film, television, and advertising, earning recognition as one of the industry’s most exciting and fast-rising talents. Her distinctive approach to color has shaped acclaimed projects including A24’s Aftersun starring Paul Mescal — winner of top honors at Cannes and Berlin 2022 — Sundance 2024 Grand Jury Prize winner In The Summers, and recent features Eye for an Eye, Lilies Not for Me, and Ponyboi. She also contributed to Showtime’s Three Women, starring Shailene Woodley.
In the commercial space, Raisch has brought her refined eye and creative intuition to campaigns for leading brands, including San Pellegrino (“With Love, Italy”), Lowe’s, Noom, Huggies, Publix, Geico, Toyota, and Sephora. Her work has earned multiple AICP nominations for Best Color Grading (Commercial), including Don Julio’s “A Love Letter to Mexico,” Ulta Beauty’s “Muse,” and FTX’s Super Bowl spot “Don’t Miss Out,” featuring Larry David. She has also graded numerous innovative short films and music videos, notably receiving an AICP (Music Video) nomination for Best Color Grading on Lykke Li’s “Hard Rain.” Raisch’s passion for visual storytelling began with photography and darkroom printing — a foundation that ultimately led her to Company 3, where she started as a colorist’s assistant in 2012 and quickly rose through the ranks to become a senior colorist.

Chief Revenue Officer Jackie Lee oversees all sales for the company, working closely with her sales team, clients, and internal artists and production crews to ensure an exceptional experience for the filmmakers who bring their work to Company 3 — all while continuing to strengthen the company’s financial foundation. With decades of experience in this specialized field, Lee began her career in her native Australia before helping transform Company 3 from a respected regional telecine and color grading house for music videos and commercials into the global powerhouse in long- and short-form post-production that it is today. Along the way, she has cultivated a remarkable network of loyal clients — including top filmmakers, producers, and studio executives worldwide — and has consistently championed emerging talent, building connections with film festivals, schools, and other creative institutions.
Lee often becomes involved with a project well before the post-production process begins — sometimes even before principal photography — helping clients plan strategically to maximize their budgets and timelines, whether for a major studio tentpole or an independent feature vying for attention on the festival circuit. Her ability to view the entire post-production workflow from both the client’s and Company 3’s perspectives makes her an invaluable resource for anyone navigating this intricate intersection of artistry, technology, and business.
