Frances Berwick, president of Bravo and Oxygen, was honored at Thursday’s NYWIFT Muse Awards, being introduced by Wendy Williams and Bravo’s own Andy Cohen.

Under Berwick’s leadership, Bravo launched its Emmy-winning shows Top Chef, Project Runway, and Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List, and pop-culture hits Flipping Out, The Rachel Zoe Project, and The Real Housewives franchise.

During her inspiring acceptance speech, Berwick said that she once had the all-too-familiar “CSDS (Constant Self-Doubt Syndrome),” but that it’s entirely curable, which drew big smiles from the audience.

Congrats to Berwick and the other Muse 2013 honorees: Ellen Barkin, Connie Britton, Robin Wright, Sonia Manzano, and Nancy Malone!
