Women’s National Book Association – NYC (WNBA-NYC) Associate Membership

The Women’s National Book Association-New York City Chapter (WNBA-NYC) has launched the Associate Level Membership to active members of select local or national non-profit associations that focus on aspects of literature, publishing, and related industries. The fee for this membership is $25, half-off Regular and Network levels, good for one calendar year.

NYWIFT members have access to this new Associate Membership level of WNBA-NYC!

The Associate Membership includes all Regular membership-level benefits, including free or reduced admissions to programs and events, access to the WBA-NYC membership database, the WNBA archives and forums, writing opportunities with the WBA-NYC Blog and WNBA national newsletter, and members-only opportunities for networking.

Recent WNBA-NYC book panel events include The Power of Poetry in a Complex WorldNational Reading Group Month: Re-imagined Classicsand Diversity and Pay Equity in Publishing. For members who are writers, they have an Open Mic Night, and their author/agent fundraiser Query Roulette this month.
