Full Bio
Born & raised in Puerto Rico, Myrta Vida is a decorated Army Veteran. She earned her MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Missouri –St. Louis (UMSL).

Ms. Vida is also a graduate of the New York Film Academy's (NYFA) Conservatory in Screenwriting, and is a Third World Newsreel (TWN) Fellow.

She's a Story Consultant and Script Doctor for Independent Filmmakers both in the U.S. and abroad.
