Ridley Randolph is a writer and producer from Nashville, Tennessee, with a passion for both storytelling and the process of bringing stories to the screen. After growing up in the South, where she started working full-time at her family’s catfish restaurant at the age of 9, she developed a love for comedy, romance, and exploring the intersection of romance and identity in her work.

Since leaving Tennessee, she has graduated with honors from Columbia University with an MFA in Screenwriting, and from Elon University with a BFA in Cinema & Television Arts. Her half-hour pilot, ORIENTATION, recently won the Amy Higgins & Matthew Watts Teleplay Award at the Columbia University Film Festival. Most recently, Ridley worked as a General Production and Masterbook Script Intern for Season 51 of Saturday Night Live. This summer, she is excited to join the WGA Support Staff Training Program for Script Coordinators, a selective virtual bootcamp designed to train emerging television talent.
