Full Bio
Victoria Jordan is a seasoned creative leader, executive producer, and founder of Pureworks, a storytelling practice rooted in communication design, content development, and what she calls righteous rebellion. For more than twenty years, she has shaped culture-forward narratives for premier brands, building work that is honest, beautiful, and deeply intentional in how it engages the communities it serves. Her vision is to tell truthful stories about multi-faceted, kaleidoscopic people—moving beyond stereotypes and confining labels to create spaces of empathy, accountability, and genuine connection.
As General Manager of Branded Content and Creative at My Code Media, Jordan developed and produced the company’s first original mission-driven reality competition series, The Right Pitch, and launched The Culture Suite, a human-curated creator network focused on growth audiences. She led cross-functional creative, strategy, design, sponsorship, and production teams, ensuring every piece of branded content reflected audience diversity and honored cultural values and pride.
Previously, Jordan served as Creative Director at Complex Networks, where she led the branded content creative team responsible for $26M of business in 2021 and drove Complex Climate, the internal agency, to deliver best-in-class work for Gen Z and Millennial audiences. Earlier, as Creative Director and Producer at One X Studios, she led branded content and activations across linear, digital, social, and experiential platforms, while partnering with executive leadership to define the company’s vision and nurture a culture of creative excellence.
Jordan’s independent studio, Pureworks, extends her commitments to culture, honesty, beauty, intentionality, and value, crafting work that both delights and makes a measurable impact—through financial support, visibility, or the creation of safe spaces to exist, question, and debate. Her manifesto—“I do not fit. But I connect.”—captures her belief that honoring the overlaps between people’s unique existences can create a powerful network of empathy.
Across her career, she has collaborated with brands including Delta Air Lines, GMC, T-Mobile, Walgreens, Microsoft, Macy’s, Prudential, Toyota, Aveeno, and McDonald’s, earning recognition from the Telly Awards, Digiday en Español, She Runs It, the Anthem Awards, and Cynopsis for branded content, multicultural storytelling, and innovative campaign work. She holds a Master of Arts in Arts Education from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Rutgers College, grounding her practice in both pedagogy and visual communication.
