Full Bio
Marianna works at the intersection of culture and community as an impact strategist and producer, as well as producer, researcher, artist and organizer. She has 20 years of experience in project design, campaigning, research and organizing around social justice issues, partnering with several civil society organizations, social movements, creators, governments, and international agencies. She was the lead impact producer for the Sundance, Peabody and Emmy winner, and Oscar shortlisted documentary The Territory (2022), and the narrative feature How To Blow Up A Pipeline (2023). she is part of Doc Society's Climate Story Unit Impact Strategist Bench since 2023, advising film teams on impact strategy. She co-produced the short documentary Sankofa, awarded best short at the 29th Inffinito Brazilian Film Festival (2025).
