Jackie Yunchang Zhang is a Chinese non-fiction filmmaker and animation producer based in New York, whose hybrid storytelling explores identity, resilience, and cultural dislocation. Her work has been recognized by festivals including DOC NYC U, the BAFTA Student Awards longlist, and as a nominee for the IDA David L. Wolper Student Documentary Award. She holds an MFA in Photography, Video and Related Media from the School of Visual Arts.
