Professional experience across various segments of the entertainment industry. Starting in television and new media production, shifting over to entertainment law and most recently working within the talent and literary agency world.
Educational background in Mass Media Arts (B.A., 2006) and Law (J.D., 2011)
I want to use storytelling through media to engage audiences with subject matter that is both entertaining and challenging. Inspired by my travels abroad(West Africa and Western Europe) and the observation of the effect that American stories had on people's perceptions of the US, my desire is to showcase stories of the U.S. today in all of its diversity, offering balanced images that reflect not just how it is, but also how things could be. Currently, I am interested in opportunities that will allow me to blend my professional and educational experience to this end.
Interests include: programming film finance film, tv, & new media development and production social justice international travel and music.
