Courtney Colwell is a brand marketing and creative leader with 15 years of experience building content platforms, in-house creative studios, and integrated campaigns at agencies, publishers, and enterprise brands. She currently consults with brands through her own content studio, James Street, and previously oversaw content at Albertsons. Prior to that, she led content, social media, and influencer marketing at American Express. She’s presented over a dozen global conferences in the past five years, including Content Marketing World, and has been interviewed for multiple sites and publications, including Entrepreneur. She’s an adjunct professor of Communication, Media & Journalism at Kean University, as well as a writer, whose essays have appeared in TueNight and HuffingtonPost and whose screenplay was a finalist for the Writer’s Lab.
