Dr. Kimberly Grocher is a mental health consultant, executive coach, and media scholar who works at the intersection of wellness, leadership, and the entertainment industry. Through her company Verve & Vision LLC, she provides executive coaching and consulting to high performers and creatives navigating the unique demands of media and entertainment — helping them achieve professional goals while protecting their mental health and well-being. She also serves as a mental health consultant for film and television productions, supporting the psychological safety and wellness of cast, crew, and creative teams on set.
Dr. Grocher holds an MA in Media Studies from The New School and was a fellow in the inaugural Media & Medicine program at Harvard Medical School, where she explored using media to address health disparities among Black women. She is a Senior Lecturer at Columbia University School of Social Work and Clinical Assistant Professor at Weill Cornell Medical College. A licensed clinical social worker and ICF-credentialed coach, she brings over two decades of experience across clinical, academic, and organizational settings.
She hosts Thriving Outside the Box, a podcast spotlighting leaders and entrepreneurs who center wellness while forging unconventional paths in their careers and businesses.
