About the internship
Seliger Studio is seeking a Production Finance Intern to join our team in the West Village. This internship offers a unique, hands-on opportunity to explore the intersection of finance and production within the creative industry.
Working closely with our Finance Director, production team and other interns, you will gain exposure to the financial & production operations behind high-profile campaigns for leading client partners such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney, HBO, and top global fashion and lifestyle brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Financial Administration: Support the Finance Director with daily payables and receivables, invoice entry into accounting software, and accurate data tracking across production and print revenue streams.
- Job & Shoot Reconciliations: Assist with credit card reconciliations, organizing job receipts, and coding expense entries to specific project files.
- Production Logistics Support: Collaborate with producers to create job folders, update call sheets, assist with wrap documentation, and streamline job tracking.
- Set Support: Assist on-set during shoot days, managing crew check-ins, coordinating logistics, and supporting general shoot operations.
- Daily Coordination: Participate in daily check-ins with the Finance Director to track ongoing tasks and prioritize workflow needs.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Production Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Solid analytical thinking and practical problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel); eagerness to learn specialized accounting and production management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Status: Unpaid / Educational Training Internship (College credit option available)
