CBS Sports HQ a free 24/7 streaming platform for highlights, analysis and breaking news. HQ works closely with many departments to create digital content that not only airs live on numerous platforms but to distribute news, highlights and segments to appeal to all sports fans to consume live and on demand. Most specifically in this department, highlights and recaps are a priority to produce and distribute as immediately as possible after completion of games.

The intern will be expected to work on two different important departments. One half of the internship will be with the video team to learn how to produce highlights as well video for shows and content. The other half will be with the graphics team to learn how to build graphics for live and taped studio shows, segments, and highlights. In addition to building/creating graphics, the intern will learn how to fire graphics for the live and taped programming. By the end of 10 weeks, the intern will be expected to work in full production of both roles.

Please note: Interns must provide their own transportation to and from the studio location. The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 4pm-midnight.

Strong knowledge of sports is required. Knowledge of Adobe Premiere and/or Ross Xpression is a plus.

Eligibility: 

  • Internships are available to students who will be Seniors or Master’s students in the fall of 2026. If you are a graduating Senior, please check our website for full-time job opportunities.
  • You must be available to intern full-time (5 days a week/36-40 hours a week) for 10 weeks total starting in June.
  • Interns will be required to work fully on-site for the duration of the program. Note: Paramount does not provide financial relocation support or housing stipends.
  • Internships are paid at a competitive standard hourly rate (school credit is optional).
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
  • Employment eligibility to work with Paramount in the United States is required as the company does not engage in sponsorship for internships.
