What You’ll Do:

Work with the facility producers to assign and keep track of resources across multiple production and post-production projects both daily and long-term

Check avails, track holds, and book freelance editors, colorists, animators, audio engineers, VFX artists, and other talent, as necessary

Post daily schedules and assignments for studio artists and freelancers

Respond promptly to requests from producers regarding studio and talent avails

Partner with studio leadership to monitor production bandwidth and ensure smooth workflows and project transitions

Develop processes to improve production performance and increase efficiencies
