The Alex and Rachel Show
Who We are:
Women are reshaping business, culture and the way we live, and we’re here for all of it.
The Alex and Rachel Show is two friends having the honest, funny, fearless conversations about what it takes to live your best life. We talk about reinvention, ambition, relationships, money, confidence and the choices that change everything. We say what others only think, and we celebrate the women who are proving what’s possible.
Expect real stories, bold ideas, big laughs, and guests who’ve built something remarkable, whether it’s a company, a brand, a new chapter or a fresh start. You’ll leave feeling more inspired, more capable and a little braver.

What you'll own
Video production & storytelling You'll take projects from raw footage to final publish in Adobe Premiere Pro — long-form videos, audio, interviews, podcasts, and promos. That means owning the full pre and post-production process: footage intake and organization, editing, audio cleanup, color, graphics, captions, QC, and export. You'll also repurpose long-form content into sharp vertical cuts for YouTube Shorts and Reels, and coordinate remote recordings end to end (guest comms, scheduling, tech checks, production readiness).
Digital design & branded creative: You'll design the visuals that carry our brand across the website, store, campaigns, and channels — sliders, promo graphics, blog banners, product features, and scroll-stopping YouTube thumbnails built on strong hierarchy and typography. You'll prep, resize, compress, and ship assets to spec, and keep our footage, templates, and project libraries organized and easy to work from.
YouTube growth & optimization You'll help our YouTube channel become a genuine destination for education and discovery. You'll run YouTube Studio publishing and backend (uploads, scheduling, titles, descriptions, tags, chapters, captions, playlists, cards, end screens, metadata), apply SEO and audience-retention best practices, and run title and thumbnail A/B tests. Most importantly, you'll read the data — CTR, impressions, watch time, retention, traffic sources, subscriber growth — and turn it into clear recommendations for what we make next.
What success looks like:
High-quality multimedia projects shipped on time and on scope, consistently.
Long-form and short-form production that's more efficient and more consistent than the day you arrived.
Measurable gains in CTR, watch time, retention, subscribers, and organic discovery..
Repeatable, documented workflows that make the whole team faster.
We look forward to bringing you on as part of the Alex and Rachel Show!
A and R!
