Responsibilities:

• Assist the Supervisor with the following:
• Help coordinate guests’ on-site arrivals and exits from show tapings
• Help to communicate with show vehicles/drivers
• Handle administrative needs of the Travel Department
• Work with production teams in fulfilling travel needs of guests while in town
• Work directly with show guests

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the Internet
• Must have Valid Driver’s license that authorizes applicant to perform all responsibilities of the job.

• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in United States.
• Must be willing to work in Manhattan, NY.
