• A basic understanding of production methodologies across video, graphics/design and social
  
• media platforms
  
• Ability to assess and improve processes and workflows
  
• Understanding of (or a willingness to learn), project and production management tools
  
• (AirTable, JIRA, Show Manager, Media Silo)
  
• Articulate, flexible, collaborative, and approachable
  
• Great organizational skills
•  Outstanding people and communication skills
• Performs well under pressure and able to juggle multiple assignments
  
• Accurate, detail- and deadline-oriented
  
• Embrace the Nickelodeon brand and culture
•  1-2 years previous managerial and/or production experience preferred
• Diverse backgrounds and POVs preferred
  
• Bachelor’s degree required
